- More than 30 days before the start date: cancel and receive a 100% refund.
- Within 30 days of the start date: non-refundable. The full amount is kept as credit, valid for 12 months, usable for another date or another Sea Krew experience.
- If we cancel because the ocean is not safe for your level, we offer an alternative date or beach. If none works for you, you get a full refund.
