Can I cancel anytime?
3-month minimum commitment, then cancel with 30 days notice. No hidden fees or penalties after the minimum period.
What if I miss sessions?
Sessions don’t roll over, but priority booking means you always get your preferred times. We work around your schedule.
What level do I need?
All levels welcome — complete beginners to advanced surfers. Sessions matched to your level with FPS and IPDJ certified coaches.
When can I use the Nazaré Tour?
Annual members unlock the tour from month 1. Monthly members unlock it in their final quarter — a reward for commitment. Cancelled tours are always rescheduled.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes — upgrade anytime, new tier starts immediately, billing adjusted pro-rata. Downgrading takes effect from next billing cycle.
Where are sessions held?
Primarily Ericeira — Europe’s only World Surfing Reserve — and Santa Cruz. Spot selected daily based on conditions and your level.
Is equipment included?
Yes — board and wetsuit are included in every session. Just bring yourself, sunscreen and a towel.
Can I pause my membership?
We don’t offer a formal pause option, but life happens — injury, travel, the unexpected. Reach out to us and we’ll always find the best solution for you.
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely. Book a Discovery Session (€55) to experience the Surf Club vibe firsthand. If you join within 48h, we’ll credit it toward your first month.
Can I bring a friend?
Members can bring a guest to one session per quarter at the standard drop-in rate. A great way to share the stoke.
