Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Sea Krew bookings: surf lessons, surf camps, retreats and other experiences.
- More than 30 days before the start date: you may cancel and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Within 30 days of the start date: the booking is non-refundable. The full amount paid is kept as credit, which you can use for another date or another Sea Krew experience.
- No-show or late arrival: treated as a cancellation within 30 days.
Credit: credit is issued in your name and is valid for 12 months from the original booking date. It can be used for any Sea Krew experience subject to availability, and may be transferred to another person if you let us know in advance.
Cancellations by Sea Krew: the ocean decides. If conditions are unsafe for your level, or if we cancel a session for any other reason, we will first offer an alternative date or beach. If no alternative works for you, you receive a full refund of the affected session.
How to cancel: send us an email at [email protected] or contact us on +351 960 430 085. The date we receive your message is the date used to apply this policy.
Bookings made through third-party platforms follow the cancellation terms of that platform.
